Add API4COM as a data source on Kondado

Connect your API4COM account to Kondado by generating an access token and configuring the data source for integration with your data warehouse or BI tools.

1
Generate an API4COM access token

Log in to API4COM as an administrator, navigate to "Access Tokens" in the left panel, click "New Access Token", set expiration to "Never expires", and create the token. Copy the generated token for use in Kondado.

2
Add API4COM as a data source in Kondado

On the Kondado platform, go to the add data sources page and select the API4COM connector. Give your data source a descriptive name.

3
Configure authentication with your token

In the "Access Token" field, paste the API4COM token you copied earlier. This establishes the secure connection between API4COM and Kondado.

4
Save and start integrating your data

Save the data source configuration. You can now start integrating API4COM data—such as Chamadas de Voz and Histórico de Recargas—into your data warehouse or data lake for analysis.

5
Visualize API4COM data in your BI tool

With your pipeline running, send API4COM data to Google Data Studio or other supported BI tools to build dashboards and monitor your communications metrics.
