Add ASAAS as a Data Source on Kondado

Connect your ASAAS financial data to Kondado's data warehouse by generating an API key and configuring the source.

1
Generate your ASAAS API Key

Log in to your ASAAS account, navigate to the "My Account" section, click on the "Pipeline" tab, and click "Generate API Key". This key will authenticate your data pipeline.

2
Copy the generated API Key

After generating the API Key, copy it to your clipboard. You will need this token to authenticate the connection between ASAAS and Kondado.

3
Add ASAAS as a source on Kondado

On the Kondado platform, go to the add new sources page and select the ASAAS data source from the available connectors.

4
Configure and save your data source

Name your data source and paste the API Key into the "Token" field. Save the configuration to start integrating your ASAAS billing, payment, subscription, transfer, and invoice data into your Data Lake or Data Warehouse.

Frequently asked questions

What data from ASAAS can I access through Kondado?
You can access billing data including Clientes (customers), Pagamentos (payments), Assinaturas (subscriptions), Transferências (transfers), and Notas Fiscais (invoices). Each entity contains detailed fields such as payment status, due dates, values, customer information, and tax details that you can analyze in your data warehouse.
Where do I find the API Key in my ASAAS account?
Log in to your ASAAS account, go to the "My Account" section, click on the "Pipeline" tab, and then click "Generate API Key". After generation, copy the key to use as your authentication token in Kondado.
Can I connect ASAAS data to BI tools for visualization?
Yes, once your ASAAS data is integrated into Kondado's data warehouse, you can connect it to various data visualization and BI tools. Kondado supports connections to tools like Google Data Studio, Amazon QuickSight, and others for building dashboards and reports.
What is the 'Token' field when adding the ASAAS source?
The "Token" field is where you paste the API Key generated from your ASAAS account. This token authenticates Kondado's access to your ASAAS data, enabling the ETL pipeline to extract your billing and financial information securely.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up the ASAAS integration?
No advanced technical knowledge is required. The setup involves four straightforward steps: generating an API Key in ASAAS, copying it, selecting ASAAS as a source on Kondado, and pasting the token. The platform handles the ETL process automatically after configuration.
