Creating the data source
Requirements
- Administrator permissions for the Criteo ad account
Instruções
- Log in to your Criteo account
- If you haven’t done so yet, create your organization
- Go to your profile page and, at the bottom under Products, select Developer Portal
- In the top-right corner, select Create a new app
- Give your app a name, such as "App Kondado", then click Create app
- Under Choose an authentication method, select Client credentials
- On the next page (Service), select C-Growth and Marketing Solutions
- In the Authorization section, set Read for all rows and click Activate App
- On the next page, go to the App credentials section, click Create new key, and save the generated file to your computer
- On the same page, go to the top-right corner and click Generate new URL
- A URL will appear on the page. Copy it using the button on the right
- If you also have administrator access to the Criteo ad account, open this URL in a new tab. If someone else has that access, send them the URL
- When the person with access opens the URL, they just need to scroll down to Portfolio access, select the accounts to grant access to, and then click Approve
- Once access is approved, log in to Kondado, click CREATE + > Conector > Criteo
- In the connector, under Nome, give your connector a name, and under Client ID and Client Secret, paste the values obtained in the text file from step (9)
- Important:
- The generated client ID can take up to 15 minutes to be activated by Criteo. After saving, wait this period before clicking TESTAR CONEXÃO (test connection) to start creating integrations
- The connection test will only succeed if the generated app is authorized for at least one advertiser
