Requirements

Follw the instructions below with an user with admin or developer access

Instructions

Log into your monday.com account.
Click on your avatar/profile picture in the top right corner.
Select Developer. This will open the Developer Center in another tab.
Click Developer in the top menu.
Select My Access Tokens.
Click on the blue Show button to expose your API token and copy it. Please note that you can always regenerate a new token; however, doing so will cause the previous token to expire.
On the Kondado platform, click to create a new Monday.com data source
On Access Token, provide the value you got previously, give the data source a name and then SAVE it.

Pipelines

For pipelines in which it is possible to have records deleted from the data source, we recommend using the Integral replication type, because it is able to replicate those changes. Otherwise, deleted data might still show on your tables

For the board items pipeline, columns that show label text values based on elements such as dropdowns and mirrors, in case the option label is changed on source (whithout modifying the actual item), the data that has already been replicated won't change. For those cases, we recommend using the integral replication type

Changes in certain fields might not result in a change on the record's update_date - ie fields that are calculated or updated via 3rd party integration. For those cases, we recoment using integral replication
