Creating the data source
Requirements
- To integrate RDStation CRM (formerly Plug CRM) data into Kondado, you need to be a user of the RDStation CRM Basic plan
- Your user account must have Administrator permissions
Instructions
- Log in to your RD Station CRM account
- In the top right corner, click on your name and then select Profile
- In "MY PROFILE", you will find the token for your instance if it has already been generated, or a "Generate Token" button. Click this button, copy the generated token, or use the previously generated token
- Log in to your Kondado account. Click on CREATE + > Source > RD Station CRM
- Give a name to your connector and, in the "Token" field, paste the value obtained in step 3
