Creating the data source

Requirements

  • To integrate RDStation CRM (formerly Plug CRM) data into Kondado, you need to be a user of the RDStation CRM Basic plan
  • Your user account must have Administrator permissions

Instructions

  1. Log in to your RD Station CRM account
  2. In the top right corner, click on your name and then select Profile
  3. In "MY PROFILE", you will find the token for your instance if it has already been generated, or a "Generate Token" button. Click this button, copy the generated token, or use the previously generated token
  4. Log in to your Kondado account. Click on CREATE + > Source > RD Station CRM
  5. Give a name to your connector and, in the "Token" field, paste the value obtained in step 3
