Add Wootric as a Data Source on Kondado

Follow these steps to connect your Wootric account to Kondado using OAuth credentials and start integrating customer feedback data into your pipelines.

1
Retrieve Wootric OAuth credentials

Log in to your Wootric account, open the API section in the side panel, then navigate to OAuth Credentials and reveal the Client Secret. Copy both the Client ID and Client Secret for use in Kondado.

2
Create the Wootric data source in Kondado

Log in to the Kondado platform, go to the add data sources page, and select the Wootric connector. Give your source a descriptive name.

3
Authenticate and save the connection

Paste the Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding fields, then click SAVE. Test the connection to confirm everything is working before building data integration pipelines.

4
Explore available Wootric tables and fields

Once connected, review the relationship chart and schema — including tables like End Users with fields such as email, phone_number, last_response__score, and created_at — to plan your data extraction.
