For some Kondado destinations and data sources it may be necessary to whitelist Kondado's IPs:

For data sources or destinations that require IP whitelist to work properly, ALL IPs above must be allowed.
This list will always be updated and we will notify our customers in advance of any changes.
These IPs will resolve to the reverse DNS cloud-1.cluster.kondado.io
Whitelist Kondado IPs for Secure Data Integration
Follow these steps to allow Kondado's IP addresses through your firewall so your data sources and destinations can connect properly.
Identify if IP whitelisting is required
Check whether your data sources or destinations require IP-based access control. Database servers, cloud warehouses, and some APIs commonly use allowlists for security.
Copy all Kondado IP addresses
Gather the complete list of Kondado IPs from this article: 54.144.2.133/32, 3.213.59.73/32, 34.226.130.185/32, 3.220.239.218/32, 34.232.0.163/32, 54.157.90.169/32, and 52.23.147.249/32. All seven must be allowed for proper connectivity.
Add IPs to your firewall or security group
Configure your network firewall, cloud security group, or database access rules to permit inbound/outbound traffic from all listed Kondado IPs. These IPs resolve to the reverse DNS cloud-1.cluster.kondado.io.
Verify your pipeline connections
Test your destinations and data sources to confirm successful connectivity. If issues persist, double-check that all IPs were entered correctly without typos.
Monitor for IP changes
Kondado will notify customers in advance of any IP address changes. Keep this page bookmarked and update your allowlists promptly when notifications arrive to avoid pipeline interruptions.
