Frequently asked questions

What types of sources can I add to Kondado?
Kondado supports 80+ data sources including CRMs, advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), e-commerce systems (Shopify, VTEX), ERPs, and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). See the full list on the Kondado homepage.
Where do I find the help guide for a specific source?
Each source card has a question mark icon in the upper right corner. Clicking it opens a step-by-step guide tailored to that specific source's authentication and configuration requirements.
Do I need to create an account before adding sources?
Yes. You need to log in to app.kondado.com.br with your Kondado credentials before you can access the "CREATE +" menu and add a new source.
What happens after I save a new source?
Once saved, the source is available in your account and can be used to create pipelines that replicate data into your chosen destination. You can then configure which tables/entities to replicate and at what frequency you choose.
Can I add the same source type more than once?
Yes. You can add multiple instances of the same source type, which is useful when you manage several accounts (for example, multiple Google Ads accounts or multiple databases). Just give each instance a clear, descriptive name.
What if my source needs IP whitelisting?
For databases and on-premise systems, you may need to whitelist Kondado's IP addresses on your firewall before saving the source. Check the Kondado IPs article for the current list.
