The RD Station Marketing Dashboard on Power BI offers a comprehensive and detailed view of your marketing campaign performance, with essential data on leads, opportunities, conversions, and emails. With direct integration to RD Station, the panel enables effective tracking of marketing metrics, helping optimize strategies, increase engagement, and generate better sales results.
The Dashboard is divided into 3 main pages:
Overview - Presents data on total leads, opportunities, and lead-to-opportunity conversions. Additionally, the page allows comparing metrics with the previous period, providing performance analysis and facilitating progress tracking.
Conversions - Shows conversion totals by Landing Page, Form, and Pop-up, with detailed conversion charts by filtered period. This page enables precise analysis of lead capture and conversion strategy performance.
*Emails - Presents indicators related to email campaign performance, such as "Total campaigns", "Total contacts", "Emails delivered", "Emails opened", "Email clicks", "Click rate", "Delivery rate", "Open rate", "Unsubscriptions", and "Emails reported as spam". There is also a "Campaign Name" filter for campaign-specific analysis.
*Email page indicators are available only for RD Station Marketing accounts on Advanced or Pro plans. For Pro plans, only 45 days of data are loaded.
