Why ChatGPT + Kondado

ChatGPT is the most-used AI assistant in the corporate world. With Kondado, it queries your real data in chat, in natural language, and answers based on up-to-date numbers — instead of generic responses.

The connection happens via MCP (Model Context Protocol), the open standard that bridges AI and data. You add the Kondado server to the ChatGPT connections and authorize once via OAuth.

How to connect Kondado to ChatGPT

  1. 1

Add the Kondado MCP server in ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, open Settings > Connectors and click Add. Set Name = Kondado and Server URL = https://mcp.kondado.io/mcp

  2. 2

    Authorize access on Kondado

On your first data question, ChatGPT requests authentication. Click Connect, log in to app.kondado.com.br, pick your Via Kondado destination on the Authorize MCP access screen, and approve.

  3. 3

Ask in chat about your data

When ChatGPT asks to run the first query, approve. Done — ask "how many sales in Bling this week?" or "what is the CAC of Meta Ads vs Google Ads?" and ChatGPT answers with up-to-date numbers.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to use ChatGPT with Kondado?
A Kondado account (free trial available), access to ChatGPT and credentials for the data sources you want to connect.
Is it different from using ChatGPT normally?
The interface is the same — you chat naturally. The difference is that, with Kondado connected, ChatGPT queries your real data instead of answering generically.
Can ChatGPT query data from multiple sources at the same time?
Yes. With Kondado, you connect multiple sources (e.g. Bling + Meta Ads + Google Analytics) and ChatGPT correlates the data across them.
Do I need a specific ChatGPT plan?
You need a ChatGPT plan that supports adding external MCP connectors. Check the available features in your account settings — if Connectors appears in Settings, you can use Kondado MCP.
Can ChatGPT write or modify data in my systems?
No. Access is read-only analytical — ChatGPT queries and answers, does not create orders, does not send messages, does not change records.
What if I also use another AI assistant?
Kondado also has a dedicated Claude hub. The data connectors are the same — you can use Claude and ChatGPT in parallel if you wish.
How much does it cost?
The Kondado plan starts at $19/month, with access to all connectors and MCP. Free 14-day trial to validate before paying.
