How to connect Kondado to Claude

Add the Kondado MCP server in Claude

In Claude Web, go to Settings > Connectors and click Add custom connector. In Claude Desktop, open Settings > Connectors. In both, set Name = Kondado and Remote MCP server URL = https://mcp.kondado.io/mcp

Authorize access on Kondado

On your first data question, Claude shows an Authentication required card. Click Connect, log in to app.kondado.com.br, pick your Via Kondado destination on the Authorize MCP access screen, and approve.

Ask in chat about your data

When Claude asks to run the first query, click Always allow. Done — ask "how many sales in Bling this week?" or "what is the CAC of Meta Ads vs Google Ads?" and Claude answers with up-to-date numbers.

What do I need to use Claude with Kondado?

A Kondado account (free trial available), access to Claude (Web or Desktop) and credentials for the data sources you want to connect.

Is it different from using Claude normally?

The interface is the same — you chat naturally. The difference is that, with Kondado connected, Claude queries your real data instead of answering generically.

Can Claude query data from multiple sources at the same time?

Does it work on Claude Web and Claude Desktop?

Yes, on both. Setup is the same: add the Kondado MCP server in the connections. Authorization granted once is valid for both.

Can Claude write or modify data in my systems?

No. Access is read-only analytical — Claude queries and answers, does not create orders, does not send messages, does not change records.

What if I already use another AI assistant?
